Junior Foreign Purchasing Coordinator
Support Aquatop's foreign purchasing and import-logistics function by assisting with order placement, documentation preparation, and shipment follow-up for sanitary-ware and wellness products. The role provides an opportunity to learn the full import cycle under close guidance while ensuring accurate, timely, and well-organized support to the team.

Roles & Accountabilities
- Assist in placing and following up on purchase orders with international suppliers under the Foreign Purchasing Manager's direction.
- Prepare and organize shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin, and check them for completeness.
- Support customs clearance coordination through the Nafeza / ACID system by gathering documents, navigating the platforms, and following up with customs brokers.
- Help process Letter of Credit and CBE Form 4 paperwork alongside the senior team.
- Follow up with freight forwarders and shipping lines on shipment status and update import trackers.
- Maintain accurate import records, filing, and supplier correspondence logs.
- Assist in compiling duty, freight, and insurance figures for landed-cost calculations.
- Provide shipment status updates to the manager and flag delays or issues promptly.
- Learn and apply Egyptian import regulations, documentation standards, and internal procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience; internship or exposure to import, logistics, freight, or foreign purchasing is a plus.
- Basic understanding of import documentation and shipping terms, including Incoterms and Letters of Credit, with a strong willingness to learn.
- Good written and spoken English for international supplier correspondence.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills and strong organizational ability.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues early, think through options logically, and escalate with a suggested solution.
- High attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and a proactive, dependable attitude.
