Support showroom and project sales by serving high-end clients, developing project channels, coordinating the sales cycle, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Support the foreign purchasing and import-logistics function by assisting with order placement, documentation preparation, and shipment follow-up for Aquatop’s sanitary-ware and wellness products — learning the full import cycle under close guidance while ensuring accurate, timely, and well-organised support to the team.
Supervise and coordinate on-site installation and finishing activities while ensuring compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
Manage day-to-day internal and external communication, provide secretarial support to management, and coordinate correspondence between suppliers, clients, and internal departments.
Own the day-to-day order-to-cash cycle by issuing accurate invoices, maintaining audit-ready customer files, and following up on outstanding balances until collection.
