Site Engineer
Supervise and coordinate on-site installation and finishing activities, ensuring that all work is executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines while maintaining effective coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Roles & Accountabilities
- Supervise on-site installation and finishing activities.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with approved standards.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare progress reports.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on-site.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timelines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant site experience, preferably in sanitary ware, finishing, fit-out, or interior projects.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and work effectively under pressure.
